Hello, I’m Tracey, the person behind Caring Companions on Call.

With over 10 years’ experience supporting older adults in the community, I’ve seen first-hand how important it is to have someone you can trust — not just to help, but to truly care.

I started this service because I saw a gap. Many people don’t need full-time care, but they do need support getting to appointments, getting out of the house, or simply having someone there for company. That’s where I come in.

My approach is simple — I treat every client the way I would want my own family to be treated. With kindness, patience, and respect.

Whether it’s a hospital appointment, a day out, or just a friendly face to talk to, I aim to make each visit feel comfortable, relaxed, and reassuring.

Over time, I hope to build a familiar and trusted relationship, so you always feel at ease and supported.

Your Safety & Reassurance

Your safety, comfort, and dignity are always my top priorities.

I am fully DBS checked, fully insured, and have over 10 years’ experience supporting older adults within the community.

My vehicle is clean, comfortable, and equipped with helpful aids to make journeys easier, including portable ramps, a swivel seat support, a transfer (gait) belt, and a handy assist handle.

All equipment is used carefully and appropriately, and everything is securely stored within the vehicle.

I take great care to ensure every journey is calm, safe, and tailored to your individual needs.
